(Phoenix, Arizona) —  A new billboard on top of a Phoenix building is causing controversy after the artist who created it depicts U.S. President Donald Trump as Hitler surrounded by nuclear explosions and two dollar signs in the fashion of Nazi swastikas.

The billboard went up on Friday, March 18, 2017 on top of the design store “11th Monk3y Apparel and Designs.”

The billboard is near Grand Avenue and 11th Avenue in Phoenix, in an area known for its art galleries.

The billboard was created by artist and activist Karen Fiorito, from Santa Monica, California.

News reports indicate the billboard was commissioned by a Phoenix-based art gallery called La Melgosa.
